Conservation Grant Maker Nia Tero Names First Indigenous CEO

On January 1, 2025, ‘Aulani Wilhelm will be promoted from Chief Strategy and External Affairs Officer to CEO of Nia Tero. A native Hawaiian, she will be the group’s first Indigenous CEO when she succeeds Peter Seligmann, who co-founded Nia Tero in 2017 and will remain on its Board of Directors.
