Supporting the self-determined needs of Indigenous Peoples

For many of our partners, their self-determined needs to thrive extend beyond funding.

We work with our Indigenous partners to strengthen their organizations’ capacity to advance their communities’ visions.

Also known as organizational strengthening, these efforts focus on directly supporting our partner organizations and skills building.

  • Biocultural monitoring that centers data sovereignty
  • Strategic planning
  • Financial management
  • Fundraising
  • Leadership
  • Communications
  • Skills-building trainings for the benefit of their individual growth and their organization's. This includes a range of areas from administration to human resources to policy.
